Euan is one of the most highly respected and sought after Building Surveyors in Victoria.

For over 20 years, Euan has been involved in a diverse range of projects, working
on public transport, infrastructure, airports, Government and Defence, major
shopping centres, multi-storey residential, luxury hotels, commercial office towers,
due diligence audits for major property transactions, hospitals, aged care and the
like all around the country and overseas.

This broad ranging experience has given Euan the skills to effectively take charge
of projects in a highly independent and successful way that continues today in his
client-driven and value-adding approach.

Recently Euan has been the Relevant Building Surveyor on the successfully
completed 171 Collins Street, The Emporium, 888 Collins Street, Monash
University Chancellery and the new Bendigo Hospital, some of the highest profile
projects in Victoria, and is currently the Relevant Building Surveyor for the $11
billion Melbourne Metro Tunnel project.

In addition to new buildings and major projects, Euan undertakes a diverse range
of building surveying duties including detailed pre-planning regulatory
assessments and reports, consultation with authorities, essential services, BCA
compliance audits, DDA compliance audits and due diligence audits.

Euan is sought after by all parts of the Property Industry for his ability to provide
clients with proactive solutions delivered efficiently and on-time to exceed their

John has over 20 years of experience at private Building Surveying firms, Local Government and at the VBA.

John has been involved in a diverse range of projects, working on major shopping centres, hospitals, commercial warehouses, residential developments and multi-storey commercial projects. Prior to this, he also worked at the Building Commission (now the Victorian Building Authority) and within local government.

John has a broad range of experience in the construction industry having originally worked as a civil engineer. He is proficient in all facets of commercial building surveying included detailed regulatory reviews of developments, preparation of reports, timely advice to clients and consultants, preparations of submissions, and negotiations with Council, Fire Brigade and fire engineers. John has also specialised and carried out numerous essential services, due diligence and defect liability audits.

This broad ranging experience has given John the skills to provide clients with specialist advice to ensure client projects are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. Most recently, John was involved on the successfully completed Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, along with the Joan Kirner Women and Children’s (Sunshine) Hospital and Work-Safe Head Offices currently under construction.

Tom has over 10 years of experience in the industry and at private building surveying firms.

Tom has been involved in a diverse range of projects, working on public transport, multi-storey residential, industrial projects, luxury hotels, commercial office towers and is registered as a Building Surveyor Unlimited in Victoria.

Tom has sound expertise in building code and compliance services, including fire safety engineering associated with the certification of building work.

He has experience in identifying and assisting the design team with performance solutions and the building permit process, offering problem solving solutions and works with the design team to solve regulatory problems as the arise via cost effective and workable solutions.

Through his 10 years of experience in the industry, Tom has developed a broad range of experience in all types of building consultancy work including concept design reports, liaising with regulatory authorities, preparing BCA audit reports, Essential Safety Measures reporting and the entire building permit process.

Shane has over 10 years experience in the industry and is accredited with the Department of Health and Human Services.

Shane has been involved with a diverse range of projects, working on public transport, shopping centres, multi-storey residential, luxury hotels, commercial office towers, hospitals and is accredited across multiple states in Australia.

Shane has in-depth knowledge of building legislation, regulations and compliance. He assists his clients with the preparation and processing of any required building correspondence and ensures compliance with relevant Australian Standards.

He conducts site inspections at the prescribed stages in construction and provides pre-lodgement advice. He liaises with consultants and sub-contractors on any given project and can arrange the necessary co-ordination with reporting authorities such as fire and council.

Shane has a resourceful approach to problem solving, assessing and providing regulatory advice quickly and effectively. His valuable skills and hands-on experience provide sound guidance, reduce costs and ensure that finished work is fully compliant with building regulations.
